At the same time, they envisioned a welcoming front yard that aligned with the home’s architectural character — complete with a fire pit, privacy, and clean lines. The design solution needed to address the site’s grading challenges while delivering on both aesthetic and structural goals.

At the heart of the design is a custom-painted brick gas fireplace, handbuilt by our team, providing a warm and inviting focal point for year-round gatherings. Surrounding the fireplace is a saw-cut concrete patio, offering clean, modern lines that define the outdoor space. The fully equipped custom-framed outdoor kitchen features a painted brick veneer, a custom egg grill stand, a high-end outdoor refrigerator, stainless steel doors, and a custom countertop. This setup elevates outdoor entertaining with functionality and style.
