Newly-designed and built modern home in the city. The landscape has a relaxed feel with a simple, low-maintenance, drought-tolerant planting design laid out in terraced areas around the pool. In front, a poured concrete walkway made of linear sections complements the modern building and is softened by the dwarf Mondo grass groundcover.
